Based on the cooperation request of the Ministry of Economy, Trade and Industry, with the Autonomous Control System Research Institute, Mitsubishi Electric, and the Japan Drone Consortium,
Pinpoint Delivery Experiment: “Kumagaya Dome”
We utilize high-precision positioning information of quasi-zenith satellite system “MICHIBIKI” for autonomous flight control of drone.
We conducted a demonstration experiment of pinpoint delivery (landing to a target less than 1 square meter) in the logistics field.
results of the experiment:
Succeeded in landing with a pinpoint on a white line several cm wide, targeting a 1 m square frame.
It turned out that high precision pinpoint delivery can be realized.
Confirmed the downsizing of drone departure and arrival locations and the realization of multiple aircraft operation in the same airspace.
