EU Statistics Bureau (Eurostat):
On April 11, it announced the labor cost per hour (estimated value including social security etc.) in 2018 EU member countries.
Average labor cost:
€ 27.4 in EU 28 countries (up 2.7% from the previous year),
Euro 30.6 euros (up 2.2% from the previous year)
Unemployment rate declines Labor costs are noticeable in Central and Eastern Europe
Totaling standard: Average labor cost of all industries: Excluding agriculture and public organizations
Hourly wage levels for specific functions (production line workers, engineers, sales people, etc.) are not disclosed.
This figure also includes indirect labor costs such as social security benefits other than direct labor costs.
The target of aggregation is a company or group of 10 or more employees.
