🔬Elucidation of genome mutation in iPS cells | RIKEN
Abstract

Cooperative research group of RIKEN (RIKEN) Life Science Technology Center Research Center, Functional Genome Analysis Division, Radiation Research Center, National Institute of Radiological Sciences, Osaka University Graduate School of Medicine, Mouse And the pattern of genomic mutation that occurs during the establishment of human iPS cells (artificial pluripotent stem cells) at the whole genome level.
This time, the collaborative research group integrated the point mutation data generated during reprogramming at the time of establishment of mouse and human iPS cells with epigenomic data such as histone modification, and distributed the distribution pattern on the genome of the point mutation to the whole genome level I looked up.
This research will be published in the online scientific journal “Cell Reports” in the US (October 10: Japan time October 11).
