Hitachi has delivered a proton beam cancer treatment system to Sibley Memorial Hospital (Washington, D.C.).
The US Sibley Memorial Hospital is a general hospital under the umbrella of Johns Hopkins Medicine, a world-class medical institution.
From October 25th, treatment with this system was started.
