National Aviation Administration (ANAC): Operating Bid
On March 15, a bid was run for 30 years of operating rights at 12 domestic airports.
It is divided into 3 blocks of the northeastern part, the southeastern part, and the midwestern part by the method of making a bid for several airports at once.
The lowest price was 211.8 million real (about 6.342.3 million yen, 1 real = about 29 yen) in total.
The winning price is significantly over the lowest price, at 2,377 million real.
Northeast Block: Spain, Airport Operating Company AENA
Spanish airport operator AENA has made a successful bid for Rs1.9 billion.
One of the block projects is the revenue from Recife Airport, which has an annual number of 8.2 million users.
International flights to Lisbon, Madrid, Frankfurt, etc.
Midwest Block: Brazil Consortium AEROESTE
The domestic capital consortium AEROESTE made a successful bid for R $ 40 million,
Southeastern block: Zurich airport company in Switzerland
Switzerland’s Zurich airport company made a successful bid for R $ 437 million.
