Sharp filed patent infringement lawsuit
Sharp has determined that Guangdong OPPO Mobile Telecommunications Corp., Ltd. (OPPO: Guangdong) and Oppo Japan have “infringed Sharp’s multiple LTE patents on smartphone communication technology.”
March 6, 2020:
OPPO in Germany / Munich First District Court and Mannheim District Court
Oppo Japan, Japan / Tokyo District Court,
Filed a lawsuit for damages based on patent infringement.
