Toyota and U.S. Packer to expand production of next-generation FC trucks!

Toyota Motor North America:
On May 2, the company reached an agreement with US truck manufacturer Packer to “expand production of next-generation hydrogen fuel cell trucks.”

– Equipped with Toyota’s hydrogen fuel cell powertrain kit –
Ongoing support for the development and commercialization of zero emissions to Kenworth Truck Company and Peterbilt.
The first customer deliveries are planned for 2024.

They have been collaborating on the development of hydrogen fuel cell trucks for the past several years.
It has already successfully conducted a demonstration test of a hydrogen fuel cell truck at the Port of Los Angeles.
