Compatible with 22 / 28nm process,
Established “Japan Advanced Semiconductor Manufacturing (JASM)”.
“SSS has agreed to participate in JASM as a minority shareholder,” he said.
JASM scale:
Construction of the factory started in 2022.
Aim to start production by the end of 2024.
Monthly production capacity is 45,000 sheets (300 mm wafer)
