Hyundai Nexo: recalled in Australia!
ーFailure Occurred in FCV/Gas Detection Systemー

Hyundai Nexo has recalled 30 vehicles.
The FCV and gas detection system failures are cited.
Recall notice:
“His Nexo manufactured by Hyundai from his 2018 to his 2021” is subject to the recall.
Nexo is not yet officially launched in Australia.
As reported by Drive,
the Hyundai Nexo is not currently available to private buyers in Australia,however a small fleet of vehicles
is currently being trialled by the ACT Government in Canberra and the Queensland Police in Brisbane.The recall notice,
lodged with the Department of Infrastructure,says:
Due to a manufacturing defect,
the hydrogen gas detection sensors may deteriorate over time.This may lead to a failure to detect gas leaks and illuminate the warning light to the operator/driver.
