GIC and DLF Optimize DLF Cyber City Developers
New Delhi-based DLF Limited, one of India’s largest commercial builders, and Singapore’s GIC Private Limited formed a strategic partnership to develop a rental assets portfolio, under the consolidated portfolio of DLF Cyber City Developers Limited, a subsidiary of DLF. GIC is getting access to Indian property deal flow, while DLF is securing a line of long-term foreign equity capital. This is not the first venture DLF has inked with GIC.
