💰Abu Dhabi Sovereign Wealth Seeks to Sell Tower Housing Berlin Waldorf Astoria
The Abu Dhabi Investment Authority (ADIA) has reportedly asked Jones Lang LaSalle (JLL) to arrange the disposition of its 32-storey Zoofenster skyscraper located in Berlin’s affluent Charlottenburg district for roughly €250 million.
Developed by ADIA for approximately €180 million between July 2008 and March 2012 with the aid of German architect Christoph Mäckler, the 118 meter high-rise currently is home to the Waldorf Astoria’s Berlin property.
