GIC and Hostplus Invest in DNA Testing Technology Company
Singapore’s GIC Private joined other investors in a £100 million round to invest in U.K.-based Oxford Nanopore Technologies Limited (ONT).
Other investors in the round include
China Construction Bank International (through CCB International (Holdings) Limited), Australian superannuation fund HostPlus (invested £11 million),
Oxford Nanopore’s existing investors.

QIA to Sell Holdings in Lifestyle International Holdings and its Chinese Affiliate
The Qatar Investment Authority (QIA) continues to realign its private holding portfolio.
QIA is looking to sell its holdings in Lifestyle International Holdings Ltd., a Hong Kong-based retailer and its China affiliate unit Lifestyle China Group Ltd.
