Berlin, prohibition of driving old-fashioned diesel vehicles – Hamburg, Stuttgart, Aachen, Frankfurt

On October 9, the Berlin Court approved an appeal by environmental groups’ seeking diesel vehicles and entry regulations.
Based on the diesel exhaust gas regulation “Euro 1 to 5”, after April 1, 2019, we have decided to prohibit running at eleven places in the city.
There is also the possibility to further investigate the area where traveling is prohibited .
Berlin · The fifth ban is forbidden by Hamburg, Stuttgart, Aachen and Frankfurt.
In the future, similar movements may spread to other cities.
