“3rd Ramen Expo”: Rosemont
On October 6th and 7th, “3rd Ramen Expo” and “1st Izakaya Expo” were held by Ramen Expo USA.
The Donald E. Stephens Convention Center is located at Chicago Rosemont (next to O’Hare International Airport).
This time, the venue was moved to Chicago to attract new visitors.
This is the only exhibition in the United States that specializes in ramen.
Exhibitors: 36 businesses
36 companies (including 16 companies from Japan) participated in the “3rd Ramen Expo”.
Processed foods such as wheat, meat, seafood, noodles and soup,
Japanese sake, bowls, etc.
Noodles and gyoza manufacturing equipment,
Ordering system in restaurants, etc.
