Sojitz Corporation acquired 100% of the shares of First State Regasificadora SLU, which owns 15% of the shares of the operating company Masargados LNG receiving base in Northwestern Spain, Regasificadora Del Noroeste SA and acquired the company name as Sojitz · Legacy Pacifica Corporation Sojitz Regasificadora SLU, hereinafter SR) and will participate in the LNG receiving base business in Europe for the first time as a Japanese trading company.
