Founded in 2012, Dianrong offers small businesses and individuals a comprehensive, one-stop financial platform supported by cutting-edge proprietary artificial intelligence and blockchain technologies. After signing a definitive agreement on January 5, 2018, ORIX Asia Capital has completed the transaction on January 23, 2018.
