7-Eleven, Inc. (Head Office: Texas, U.S.A; President and CEO: Joseph M. DePinto), has
completed the acquisition of part of the convenience store business and gasoline retail business
from Sunoco LP announced in the press release, “Notice Regarding Acquisition of Part of the
Business of U.S. Company Sunoco LP by a Consolidated Subsidiary,” dated April 6, 2017.
