⚖China wind turbine giant, guilty of US corporate secret theft – WSJ

On Wednesday the federal jury of Wisconsin state convicted a Chinese wind turbine maker “Hua Kai Kui Science Group” who was charged with stealing the trade secret of American superconductor (AMSC), a leading American wind power generation parts giant, . This trial was seen as a touchstone to occupy the way of the conflict over intellectual property rights between the United States.

Hua Kei Koden was once the largest customer of AMSC.
