Mitsubishi Electric has an electromagnetically driven MEMS * 1 mirror that scans in two axes, horizontal and vertical.

We have developed the “MEMS-type in-vehicle LiDAR * 2” that has a small and wide horizontal viewing angle.

MEMS-type in-vehicle LiDAR:

This sensor is indispensable for automatic driving.

It can detect distances and shapes of vehicles ahead and pedestrians with high accuracy and acquire high-definition 3D images over a wide range.
