Nestle’s bottled drinking water is a “fraud” lawsuit

Nestle, Switzerland’s largest foodstuff, the world’s largest food company, has been sued in the United States as its mineral water “Poland Spring” is “not ground water” but “ordinary groundwater” and its sales is “grand scam”. The case occurred at the time Nestlé further strengthened the bottled drinking water business.
