Daihen: LASOtech Systems, Germany
Daihen has acquired LASOtech Systems GmbH, a robot system integrator in Germany.
With this acquisition, we will enhance our automation capabilities in the European market, including arc welding and handling before and after.
In 2020, we aim to achieve 10% market share and 10 billion yen in sales of arc welding robots in Europe.
Synergy effect:
・ Expand sales of robots for applications other than arc welding by utilizing various applications such as laser welding / cutting, handling, sealing, etc., which Lazotec specializes in.
・ Using the pre- and post-processes of arc welding, which we are good at, and the handling application of Lazotec, we will enhance the automation capability of the entire factory.

・ We propose an arc welding system that combines “our arc welding technology and Lazotec system technology” to a major European automobile manufacturer of Lazotec.
