On July 12, we won a successful bid for a large-scale procurement project at the Consejo de la Judicatura Federal (CJF).
Contract target: Copy service
Printing, digitization and copying services for the next 4 years
Delivery of related equipment such as multifunction machines
Supply and maintenance of printing consumables such as copy paper.
Government procurement:
A minimum of 2,319.52 million pesos (approximately 12,525,400,000 yen, 1 peso = approximately 5.4 yen)
The maximum amount is 4,188.35 million pesos (about 22.617 billion yen).

There are a total of approximately 850 CJF courts in Mexico (Circuit Council Court, Circuit Court, District Court).
There are 250 facilities where the courts are located.
Sharp: DISTRIBUTION COPY
The contract will supply 21,972 laser copy machines, digitized equipment, and multifunction devices.
Average number of prints per month: 95,600,000,
Digitized number per month: 5,300,000
Under this agreement, CJF replaces Sharp’s old equipment procured from multiple manufacturers (2009-2017).
(Old equipment: 16,000 printers, 5,000 digitized equipment, 1,600 multifunction devices)
