US Embassy Refuses Visa Issuance:
The US embassy has reportedly refused to issue visas to more than 500 Chinese science and engineering graduate students who wish to study in the United States.

On July 7, the US embassy reportedly refused to issue a visa, saying it “does not comply with Article 212 (f) of the Immigration and Nationality Act and Executive Order No. 10043.”
