CG animation movie: Dragon Force
On 10th July 2017, Tsuburaya Productions announced the CG animation movie “Dragon Force ~ Goodbye Ultraman ~ (original title: Kotetsu Hibiki Tatsuyuki Rebirth Special Man) in China.
Guangzhou Blue Arc Culture Propagation Co., Ltd.: (Blue Arc)
Blue Ark has been pointed out as a problem.
However, on October 1, 2017, the Dragon Force was announced publicly.
In response to this, Tsuburaya Professional declared the legal measures.

The defendant has determined that “the filming of a movie using a character (or a character with certain modifications) is not included in its scope of rights“.
We have determined that BlueArk’s actions infringe on Tsuburaya Pro’s rights.
Blue arc is:
“To stop the copyright infringement immediately”
“Make a statement after being reviewed by the court to dispel the adverse effects on plaintiffs.”
“To compensate plaintiffs for economic loss”
Has been sentenced.
Tsuburaya Pro:
