Thailand: Bank of Ayudhya forms business alliance with NTTD: “MY Prompt QR”

We have signed a business alliance agreement to use “Thai QR code payment: My Prompt QR” for Thai visitors to Japan.
QR code payment, which is widely used in Thailand, can be used at many member stores in Japan.
Bank of Ayudhya:
Bank of Ayudhya will leverage the strengths of Mitsubishi UFJ Financial Group (MUFG).
“MY Prompt QR”:
Bank of Tokyo-Mitsubishi UFJ introduced the QR code payment “MY Prompt QR” used in Thailand for the first time in Japan last year.
Full-scale deployment in Japan will be a very important step in the global expansion of the Thai QR payment system.
