🏠SMI USA Forms Manhattan Condo Venture with Toll Brothers
SMI USA, a unit of Shanghai Municipal Investment, is partnering with U.S. luxury homebuilder Toll Brothers on a US$ 323 million condo development in lower Manhattan. The 19-storey condo development is located at 91 Leonard Street.
In 2015, SMI partnered with Ceruzzi Properties to acquire a site at 520 Fifth Avenue for US$ 325 million.
