On October 11, a consortium of institutional investors including Canada’s Public Sector Pension Investment Board (PSP Investments), Ontario Teachers’ Pension Plan (OTPP), and London-based BC Partners, signed a deal to acquire German technical ceramics manufacturer CeramTec Group from current owner Cinven for a reported €2.6 billion.
