The robot was introduced at the G7 Mie-Ise-Shima Transport Ministers’ Meeting on June 16-18, 2023.

Mitsubishi Electric’s material handling robot (AMR):

We are actively working on transport robots (AMR) such as last one mile delivery.

Large-scale resort facility ・VISION:

AMR is currently undergoing verification testing on a designated course within the VISION facility.

At large resort facilities, garbage collection takes time.

Moreover, the garbage can itself spoils the scenery. contribute to its solution.

Mitsubishi Electric Quasi-Zenith Satellite System “Michibiki”:

The quasi-zenith satellite system “Michibiki” manufactured by Mitsubishi Electric was used.

Combining high-precision positioning technology with high-precision 3D map data.

Realized safe and accurate autonomous driving.

Cameras and sensors are installed in the transport robot. Drive safely while checking the surrounding conditions.

Mitsubishi Electric and NTT Data:

In January 2023, we conducted a “facility management demonstration that automatically controls air conditioning with AI”.

At the NTT DATA Shinagawa Building,

“Temperature and humidity information and time collected by the automatic trash can” are linked to the space ID.

Conducted verification in cooperation with the spatial ID infrastructure system.

Spatial ID is a Japanese data standard. Uniquely identifies a specific place or feature information.
