Inside the $50 million NYC penthouse once owned by Demi Moore

A New York City penthouse that once belonged to actress Demi Moore has hit the market for $50 million, Katherine Clarke reported for The Wall Street Journal.

Moore bought the home with her ex-husband, Bruce Willis, in 1990 from Robert Stigwood, a film producer and manager for the Bee Gees.

The five-bedroom penthouse

spans three floors in one of the twin towers of the iconic San Remo building, a 28-story luxury condominium on Manhattan’s Upper West Side. The building was built in 1930.

The penthouse in the other tower is occupied by U2 lead singer Bono.

Moore’s onetime condo

comes with 1,500 square feet of wraparound terraces that overlook Central Park.
