Nomura Toy: Repair SPACE STATION!

Nomura Toy:
-Planet-Y Space Station by Nomura Toy sold in 1965-
I got it in almost new condition. The noise was so bad that I fixed it.
Repair Planet-Y:
The pinion gear (plastic) of the motor was considerably deformed.
I replaced it with a metal one and adjusted the steel that produces the sound.
Repair with wax:
The motor and gearbox are maintained with silicone oil.
On the other hand, I replaced all the wiring and repaired the inside with rust prevention wax.
I applied wax to the inside and outside of the main body, the pilot, and the canopy.
Top of cosmetic box:
I removed the tape and repaired it with wood glue.
The size is H 120mm W 240mm D 240mm.

Je l’ai eu dans un état quasi neuf. Le bruit était si mauvais que je l’ai réparé.
Réparer Planet-Y :
Le pignon (plastique) du moteur était considérablement déformé.
Je l’ai remplacé par un métal et j’ai ajusté l’acier qui produit le son.
Réparation à la cire :
Le moteur et la boîte de vitesses sont entretenus avec de l’huile de silicone.
Par contre, j’ai remplacé tout le câblage et réparé l’intérieur avec de la cire antirouille.
J’ai appliqué de la cire à l’intérieur et à l’extérieur du corps principal, du pilote et de la verrière.
Haut de la boîte cosmétique :
J’ai enlevé le ruban adhésif et l’ai réparé avec de la colle à bois.
La taille est H 120 mm L 240 mm P 240 mm.

Ich habe es in fast neuwertigem Zustand bekommen. Das Geräusch war so schlimm, dass ich es repariert habe.
Planet-Y reparieren:
Das Ritzel (Kunststoff) des Motors war stark verformt.
Ich habe es durch ein Metall ersetzt und den Stahl angepasst, der den Klang erzeugt.
Reparatur mit Wachs:
Motor und Getriebe werden mit Silikonöl gewartet.
Andererseits habe ich alle Kabel ersetzt und das Innere mit Rostschutzwachs repariert.
Ich habe Wachs auf die Innen- und Außenseite des Hauptkörpers, des Piloten und des Baldachins aufgetragen.
Oberseite der Kosmetikbox:
Ich entfernte das Klebeband und reparierte es mit Holzleim.
Die Größe ist H 120 mm B 240 mm T 240 mm.
