Mitsubishi Heavy Industries: Primetals Technologies
The approval of relevant authorities is required to jointly acquire ABP shares.
The acquisition is scheduled to be completed by the end of August 2019.
After acquisition, MHI will work in partnership with Primetals Technologies.
