JFE Engineering / Standard Kessel Baumgarte
JFE Engineering’s German subsidiary Standard Kessel Baumgarte (SBG) has recently received an order for a waste power plant in Aberdeen, Scotland.
The order we received this time was a set of furnaces, boilers and exhaust gas treatment facilities, which are the main equipment of the plant.

In Aberdeen, about 45% of the waste after recycling is landfilled.
The tightness of the disposal site is a major problem in the country’s environmental policy.
Waste power plant: Axiona Group: Effective use of waste heat
Against this backdrop, construction of a waste power plant that can effectively use waste heat from incineration of garbage is underway.
SBG has received an order for a waste power plant planned by the Axiona Group, which develops infrastructure and renewable energy businesses around the world.
This plant processes 456 tons of waste in a single furnace and generates electricity for about 20,000 households.
