🎗Myanmar’s first full-scale hot-dip galvanizing and color steel sheet business for building materials started
JFE Steel Corporation and MERANTI STEEL PTE. LTD. Agreed to begin the manufacture and sale of galvanized and color steel sheets for building materials in the Federal Republic of Myanmar, and the operating company “JFE MERANTI MYANMAR Co., Ltd (Myanmar corporation) was decided to be established.
With the approval of relevant authorities, we will start construction of a hot-dip galvanizing line and a color line factory in the future, and the operation will be scheduled for 2020.
The total investment amount of this project is about 85 million US dollars.
