On November 23rd, I watched the game between Japan and Germany.
He was in the audience, holding up a message he had written on torn paper from his sketchbook.
He thanked his boss for taking time off work to enjoy the World Cup.

Dans le public, j’ai brandi un message écrit sur du papier arraché de mon carnet de croquis.
J’ai remercié mon patron de s’être absenté du travail pour profiter de la Coupe du monde.

Am 23. November habe ich mir das Spiel zwischen Japan und Deutschland angesehen.
Im Publikum hielt ich eine Nachricht hoch, die auf Papier geschrieben war, das aus meinem Skizzenbuch gerissen worden war.
Ich habe meinem Chef dafür gedankt, dass er sich eine Auszeit von der Arbeit genommen hat, um die Weltmeisterschaft zu genießen.
