On December 23, the opening ceremony of a complex facility for processing chicken food was held in the Binh Phuoc Industrial Complex in southern Vietnam.
CPV Food: President Montri Swanposuri
This complex is the largest chicken processing plant in Southeast Asia.
Total investment of $ 250 million,
The site area is 10 hectares.
The outline of the operation plan is as follows.
Phase 1 (2023 from now):
50 million birds a year, 116,000 tons. 55% are exports and 45% are domestic sales.
Phase 2 (after 2023):
Doubled production capacity, 100 million birds per year (20% of Vietnam’s total production).
Export items:
Mainly processed chicken foods (steamed, fried, grilled),
Export destination:
Japan (45%)
EU (35%)
Other Asia (10%)
Middle East (10%)
Export value:
Assuming $ 100 million for the first phase and $ 200 million for the second phase.
