Ramen : Noodle Musashi, Japan food in Ukraine – popular, deep fried and pork bone ramen

Ukraine “noodle shop Musashi” IPPON:
In the capital Kiev, the Japanese capital chain store of local capital is established.
As a franchisee since 2015 “Noodle Shop Musashi” developed.
We asked IPPON Co-Founder about the Japanese food situation in Ukraine (February 20).
Mr. Vladimir Masryanski’s comments:
Noodle Shop Musashi developed the first Japanese franchise restaurant in Ukraine.
Ramen is popular because it is “delicious · fast · cheap · large amount”.
For Ukrainians ramen is also “soup”, the balance between noodles and soup is important.
Unit price of customers: about 190 Fribuna (about 785 yen, 1 Fribuna = about 4.13 yen)
Popular menu: Fried chicken and ramen noodles
Ukrainians are also enhancing side menus such as dumplings, salads, desserts, etc. because they emphasize abundance of menus.
There are many customers who think that ramen is healthy because it is Japanese food.
