So far, 3 stores are in San Francisco.
This is the first time in the United States to have a store outside of San Francisco.
First store: Opened first store in Japantown, San Francisco.
Later, in March and June 2019, the second and third stores were opened. The first store is growing steadily, with sales up 10% in the first and second years and up 5% in the second and third years.
The second store is a take-out, all-electric store that operates only during the daytime (11: 00-14: 30, closed on Sundays).
Third store: Located in the center of San Francisco, 70% of customers are businessmen.
Dallas, Texas: Reasons for opening a store
The reason why we decided to open a store in Dallas this time is that there is less competition than on the West Coast.
Targeting millennials.
