🕵Former Alstom exec jailed for Indonesia bribery
Frederic Pierucci, 49, a French citizen, was also fined $20,000. He was vice president of global sales for an Alstom subsidiary in Windsor, Connecticut.
The DOJ said Pierucci and other Alstom executives bribed a member of the Indonesian Parliament and officials at Perusahaan Listrik Negara (PLN), the state-owned electricity company. The FCPA Blog
