Electric axle:

The electric axle is a drive unit that integrates the reducer and motor that are indispensable for electric vehicles.

In order to accelerate electrification, it is indispensable to have a large number of electric axles that are compact, lightweight, resource-saving, and have excellent power consumption.

The developed product draws out the torque required for electric vehicles by “rotating at a maximum rotation speed of 34,000 rpm and reducing the speed to a practical range” as a motor for EVs.

Achieves miniaturization by ultra-high-speed rotation that takes advantage of the features of Magfine® (high magnetic force, high electrical resistance, integral molding on the rotor core * 2)

Decelerator:

Achieves miniaturization of high speed reducers by using transaxle gears (20% lighter than current gears) made of high-strength materials made from our unique forged steel.

→ By combining the above, we aim to reduce the size by about 40% compared to the conventional electric axle.

Excellent recyclability:

Magfine® is a bond magnet.
Only the resin is disassembled and removed after using the magnet.
Nd (neodymium) magnetic powder can be reused.
In the demonstration experiment, we achieved a magnetic particle recovery rate of 90%.
