(President and CEO: Toshiaki Higashihara, Hitachi, Ltd.), which is the headquarters of the healthcare business in the United States, To acquire VidiStar, LLC (headquarters: US Green Building, CEO: Craig Walker (Craig Walker) / hereinafter referred to as VidiStar) that provides products and services that support workflow efficiency such as creating diagnostic reports I agreed with the company.
