Alsea giant: European three countries, Starbucks operation – license acquisition

Dining restaurant giant Alsea: Headquartered in Mexico City
On February 18, we signed a store management license agreement with Starbucks headquarters in the Netherlands, Belgium and Luxembourg.
In addition to acquiring 13 Starbucks direct-owned stores in the Netherlands, acquired the operation rights of 95 franchise stores in total in the three countries (as of the end of 2018).
