Developed crawler type small work robot

While various remote devices are required for the Fukushima Nuclear Power Station ‘s decommissioning furnace, Sugino robots can work in narrow sections where heavy machinery can not enter .

Developed a self-propelled miniature robot assuming heavy work by applying the robot technology we have developed and delivered so far.

Features

① It is 80 cm in width and 105 cm in height and can pass through a narrow place

② Free movement can be done with arm 5 axis + hand 1 axis

③ Compatible with heavy loads with payload capacity of 50 kg (maximum 100 kg)

④ Tip indication operation is possible

⑤ Operating speed can be adjusted intuitively using joystick on controller

⑥ Wireless LAN used for control communication (fully loaded with battery)

⑦ The robot can get up from the falling state by itself
