UN Security Council: North Korea Sanctions Commission / Expert Panel

The UN Security Council’s North Korea Sanctions Commission / Expert Panel has published its annual report.

It conducts a detailed analysis of vessels suspected of being involved in illegal imports and exports to North Korea, such as ‘Setori’.
