We have developed a synthetic quartz substrate (SODP) used for “mass transfer”.
This board is used to “transfer micro LED chips together with the wafer and transfer it to the display side board again”.
Utilize fine technology cultivated in semiconductor materials.
We plan to appeal to FPD-related manufacturers in the future.
