🏗Marubeni to Start Implementation of Construction of a Waste-to-Energy Power Plant for Chonburi Clean Energy in Thailand
Marubeni Corporation will start implementation of construction of a waste-to-energy power plant for Chonburi Clean Energy (“CCE”) in Thailand, which is a joint venture between WHA Utilities & Power, Glow Energy and Suez Environment.
This project is being carried out through Thailand’s feed-in-tariff program which promotes investment in waste- to-energy power plants using industrial waste. The project will be a 8.63MW waste-to-energy power plant for CCE constructed in the Hemraj Chonburi Industrial Estate which is located in the southeast region of Thailand.
