3,886 increase from the day before.
Hubei: The number of infected people has reached 16,678.
This accounted for 68.6% of the total.
Zhejiang Province: (895 people)
Guangdong: (870 people)
Infection continues to expand.
490 people died in China (up 65 people the day before),
The number of infected persons who have already been discharged from hospital is 892.
