China · Drone: Autal Robotics of US, Demands USITC import ban on DJI products – Infringes on patents

The US Department of Commerce announced on September 4, “US company Autal Robotics calls to investigate China’s Xinjiang Innovation Technology (DJI) for the US International Trade Commission (USITC) under Article 337 of the Customs Act of 1930 I applied for it. ”

Drone and its parts exported and sold by DJI to the United States and its parts (Unmanned Aerial Vehicles and Components Thereof) infringe the patent rights of Autal Robotics.

Autal Robotics calls for a limited exclusion order to stop imports and cease and desist orders to prohibit domestic sales of inventory items.
