✈Turkish Airlines set to buy 40 Boeing 787-9s.
Istanbul’s new airport, which will replace Attaturk International airport as the city’s major gateway facility, is scheduled to open in late October 2018.

Flight Fleets Analyzer shows that Turkish Airlines operates 293 aircraft, including 125 Boeing jets. It also has orders for 75 737 Max 8s and 9s, and two 777-200LR Freighters.
