🎗Tsumura, capital and business alliance with China Heian Insurance
Tsumura (4540.T) announced on Tuesday that it has entered into a capital and business alliance with China’s insurance giant Heian Insurance Group (2318.HK) (601318.SS). This tie-up is aiming to expand Tsumura’s Chinese business, such as securing crude drug raw materials, and the procurement amount of about 27.3 billion yen will be applied to the joint venture business established in China.
