As the only Japanese-affiliated company, we exhibit in the “Future Food Tech” exhibition space.
When odor molecules in the air are adsorbed on the sensor element surface, they detect changes in frequency and recognize odor patterns.
The latest product “Aroma coder”:
A desktop-type measuring device that recognizes odor patterns.
Put in the equipment what you want to measure the smell.
Then, the smell pattern is displayed in about 20 seconds on 35 pieces of cells on the PC screen.
The technology for visualizing odors is applicable not only to beverages and foods but also to perfumes and cosmetics.
The company was founded in 2014 and now has offices in Palo Alto, Silicon Valley.
